DELIVERY PROCESS
Feet First Footwear uses Australia Post for our delivery service across Australia and to New Zealand. They are prompt and reliable, and offer parcel tracking.
The standard practice for domestic deliveries is that the delivery will be left in your mailbox in front of your door if no-one is home, and a picture will be taken for proof of delivery.
If you are not comfortable with this option, then please choose the 'Signature Required' option during checkout. This is billed at an extra $2.95.
With this option selected, if no-one is home to sign for the parcel, Australia Post will leave a card at your premises which you can use to collect your purchase at your local Post office.
Australia Post will deliver to P.O.Boxes. International deliveries always require a signature.

TIMELINES
Feet First Footwear will process your order within 2 business days. Australia Post usually takes 2-5 days to deliver domestically, depending on whether the address is in a major metro area or is a rural location, with their standard service. Australia Post Express will deliver in 1-3 business days typically, again depending on whether the delivery address is in a major metro or is rural.
New Zealand deliveries are harder to predict, but you should receive your parcel within 7-14 business days.
