FEET FIRST FOOTWEAR RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your footwear! If for whatever reason you would like to return your purchase, please return the product in 100% new and unused condition (including the packaging) within 30 days of purchase, and we will gladly issue a refund or a credit voucher.
Kindly fill out the RETURN FORM (download here), email it to email@example.com, and then mail the item(s) to the following address (please include the completed RETURN FORM in the package):

We will process your refund or credit note as soon as possible on receiving the returned item in 100% new and unused condition (with packaging).
Exchanges are possible in store but not online, sorry! If you'd like to return your purchase and receive another item, please place a new online order, and then follow the process above to return your original purchase.
Please Note the Following:
- You may only return full price footwear. Please choose carefully, for change of mind there will be no exchanges, returns, or credit notes issued for “on sale” discounted products. Sale items include any discounted, % off promotions or clearance lines.
- All accessories and socks are to be carefully chosen as they are not returnable.
- Feet First Footwear has the right to decline the return of shoes for change of mind if damaged or showing signs of wear. In the rare case this does occur you will be notified via email.
- The return of shoes is the responsibility of the customer until the item is physically received by Feet First Footwear. If we don't receive the package, we cannot issue you a refund or a credit note.
As per Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a full refund for a faulty product.
Feet First Footwear reserves the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange for a faulty garment.
Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges, refunds or credit notes will not be provided after use.
If you believe a product you have purchased from us is faulty, please fill in the RETURN FORM (download here), and email it to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, including clear photos of:
- the product,
- the fault, and
- your proof of purchase.
We will then contact the manufacturer for assessment and advise you of the next steps required. If the manufacturer deems the product to be faulty, they will issue us with a credit, and we in turn will process a refund, credit voucher, or send a replacement to you. The Refund will simply be a reversal of your initial payment to our store. The assessment process generally takes between 3 to 5 business days. Please note that the decision about the claim is made by the Manufacturer of the Product.

Feet First Footwear reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our RETURN POLICY.
Feet First Footwear cannot be held accountable, or provide refunds or exchanges, for purchases made outside of our Feet First Footwear Retail Store or on our feetfirstfootwear.com.au website.
